How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders generally take 1 - 2 weeks to arrive. When shipping internationally, however, there can be an additional delay. You can find updates regarding the status of your package here:

How much does shipping typically cost?
Generally, we offer free shipping worldwide. However, we occasionally run special offers or free giveaways in which we will ask the customer to pay for the marginal cost of shipping. These types of offers will be the ONLY times that shipping fees are assigned to any order.
Do you offer any Customer Guarantees?
Yes! We will always work with you when it comes to refunds, lost packages, incorrect shipments, or any other service-related issues. If something is our fault, we own up to it and do our best to make things right. We want to ensure that there is never a bad experience at our store.
Are people generally happy customers?
We are proud to announce a 98.11% customer satisfaction rate! Almost all of our customers are thrilled when they receive their order. In the rare instance that someone is disappointed, we do our best to correct the experience. We have sent new packages, issued refunds, and given personalized discount codes in effort to ensure customer satisfaction.
I have not received my order yet, should I be concerned?
No! There is no need for concern because of our customer guarantee.
